MA Candidate – Geography and Planning
Marc is a Masters of Arts student in Geography at Queen’s University and joined the HEC Lab in the summer/fall of 2015. Marc has grown up across urban, suburban, and rural regions of Ontario before (un)settling in Kingston in 2011.
A graduate of the Global Development Studies B.A.H program at Queen’s University, his research interests are centered upon autonomy-oriented community development, community-based research, food sovereignty, political economic geography, and land-based studies. His interdisciplinary background affords him a variety of augmentations to apply, and question, within his work. Marc is looking forward to refining his research interests while a student with the HEC Lab.
